We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law (e.g., tax, regulatory, or investigative obligations). When retention ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.


9. Your rights

Under PIPEDA (Canada):

  • Request access to, or correction of, your personal information

  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

  • Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

Under GDPR (if you are in the EEA/UK):

  • Access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Withdraw consent at any time (processing prior to withdrawal remains lawful)

  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, we will seek your consent.
